How the RJSC and company law MCQs work
The tests cover the Companies Act 1994 (with the 2020 amendments) and day-to-day filing practice at the Registrar of Joint Stock Companies and Firms (RJSC). Each part has 25 questions at each of three levels, with every question, option and explanation in English and Bangla.
- Basic Level: company types, OPC, memorandum and articles, key definitions.
- Professional Level: filing deadlines, meetings, resolutions, charges and the 2020 amendments.
- Advanced Level: date calculations, eligibility checks and practical RJSC cases.
